Delivery. General Information. Abracadabra is open Monday to Friday from 9am till 5pm and on Saturday 9am till 12.30pm and closed Sundays Standard Same Day Service. Monday to Friday Deliveries At Abracadabra Magical Flowers we offer a standard same day service for all orders by 11:00am. There are times when same day may happen for orders recieved later, but please confirm with us if "MUST BE" delivered on a certain day. Orders are usually not timed but are considered as am or pm. Funeral deliveries will be delivered to a time. Saturday Deliveries We are unable to specify a time for deliveries on Saturdays. If the order is recieved by us before 11:00am it will be delivered that day. We do not deliver on Sundays except for Mother's Day or a Sunday Valentine's Day. We do not deliver on Public Holidays. Order information and Flower Quality At Abracadabra Magical Flowers we are passoniate about our flowers, ensuring each and every order to be treated as a V.I.P. All flowers and deliveries are guaranteed. If you the customer have given us all the correct details needed to ensure the delivery to be correct. We cannot be responsible if you have given us incorrect information and a refund or replacement will not happen in this instance. If we make a mistake we will fix it! Due to seasonal availability some flower varieties may differ from the selection guide, if a substition is necessary be assured it will be as close to the picture and of the same quality and value. |
